The apartment is located in a quiet 30 km/h zone and is part of a condominium community consisting of 50 units. Each apartment comes with its own car parking space, for which no EV charging stations have been provided so far – however, these have already been discussed at the owners’ meeting.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and can be easily reached via either the staircase or the completely renovated elevator from 2018. The entrance area of the building has a ramp, making it easily accessible with a stroller, bicycle, or walker to both the apartment and the basement.

Built in 1974, the house is in good condition and has sufficient reserves set aside for any potential future renovations. The balconies, and thus the street-facing front, have already been renovated. As a result, according to the energy certificate, the energy consumption is already quite low.
