Very beautiful, bright 2-room apartment on the 3rd floor, featuring a hallway, bathroom, kitchen, 2 balconies (one in front of each room), a storage cellar, and a laundry machine in the cellar with a drying room. The apartment was completely renovated before renting, with the flooring replaced, and later the room doors and frames were substituted with high-quality white doors with brass fittings. The bathroom was partially re-tiled in a wood design, giving it a warm atmosphere. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, which is comfortably accessible by elevator. On the 1st and 2nd floors there are medical practices. From the 3rd floor upward, there are only 2–3 apartments per floor. It is a very pleasant place to live.

The building is well maintained and very well managed. The available parking spaces as well as the underground parking spots can be rented, subject to availability, through the property management/caretaker.

Top location: 5 minutes to the spa park and the main train station (soundproof!), with a bus stop at the building; restaurants, a pharmacy, a bakery, and a supermarket nearby. The location offers the possibility to reach everything on foot. Although the location is central and busy, the entrance at the back of the building ensures a peaceful atmosphere. Upon entering the building, one immediately notices that the interior exudes tranquility, which increases with each floor.

The optimal layout of the apartment itself, along with the availability of doctor practices in the building and the fact that most of the apartment owners live on-site, creates the opportunity for pleasant, quiet living.

The apartment entrance is centrally located and features a small hallway from which the bathroom with a window is immediately reachable. To the right of the hallway, one enters the bright bedroom with a large window that includes a windowsill; next to it is a glazed balcony door providing access to the balcony. The bedroom offers space for a large double bed and a continuous wardrobe along the right wall.

To the left of the hallway, one enters the dining/living room, which initially offers space on the left for a dining table. Opposite this, there is the access to the small kitchen, where one could install an L-shaped built-in kitchen or possibly a shortened U-shaped one. The kitchen has a small window in the left corner, opposite the entrance.

Passing the kitchen, the living room area opens up, which also features a large window with a windowsill and a glazed balcony door on the right that leads to the second balcony. Each balcony extends in width to about half of the adjacent room (whether the kitchen or bathroom), offering the possibility to place a small table with chairs or lounge chairs.

Upon entering the apartment, you find yourself in the central hallway that connects all rooms. To the right, it leads to the bright, sunny bedroom with a balcony and a large window above the balcony; the right exterior wall of this room has been equipped internally with additional thermal insulation. From the bedroom, one can enjoy a beautiful view of the treetops across from it. Opposite the entrance is the daylight bathroom with a bathtub and an integrated shower.

To the left of the entrance is the access to the dining area, situated opposite the kitchen and the open living room with a balcony and a large window, which also offers a view of the treetops. The daylight kitchen provides ample space for a surrounding kitchen unit with all electrical appliances, and possibly even for a washing machine and/or dryer.
