First of all, I am very pleased that you are showing interest in my house.

I designed the house together with my wife and I am the first owner.

This is a truly independently built semi-detached house, which means the house is completely autonomous (its own water, sewage, and gas connections, a fire wall to the adjacent house, etc.), and is not subdivided according to condominium law!

Structural alterations do not require the neighbor’s consent.

The exterior walls are made of 36‑cm‑thick Klimaton bricks (not like today’s construction using 24‑cm‑thick sand-lime bricks) with a mineral plaster finish, and are naturally breathable.

Combined with the brick-built masonry stove, all of this creates a cozy, romantic, and even healthy indoor climate in winter.

In the summertime, it provides a pleasant coolness.

There are thermal-insulating, foamed aluminum roller shutters that are electronically controlled.

They are also burglary-resistant thanks to built-in safety features.

There is an accessible attic and an additional large storage area above the garage.

Regarding the interior design, it is a rather “alternative” house – free planned and individually designed.

I would also like to mention that the basement could be used for commercial purposes (planning office, architect, freelancer, etc.).
