Reinickendorf provides high quality of life and living conditions. Almost a quarter of its area consists of forest, in addition to parks and water bodies. The district’s charm primarily lies in its spacious, open development. The residential areas are interspersed with numerous parks, lakes, green spaces, playgrounds, and sports fields. Swimming and water sports, jogging and cycling, as well as long walks around Lake Tegel, contribute to a high level of leisure and recreational value.
The housing complex was built in 1957-59 as part of social housing construction. The existing daycare centers and primary school are particularly important for young families. On the way to school, one doesn’t even have to cross a street.
Between August 2021 and December 2022 alone, there was a 19.20% increase in value for existing apartments.
