We offer for rent a modern, above-standard duplex apartment 2+kk (49 m2 + 5 m2 terrace) on the 4th and 5th floor in the Lofty Palmovka building in Prague 8, Libeň, 3 minutes walk from the B metro and tram Palmovka.
The apartment is sunny with large French windows and wooden floors, facing south into the courtyard with a view of greenery. The apartment is secured by security doors. The building has an optical cable installed.
On the lower floor of the apartment, there is an entrance hall with storage spaces. Further, there is a living room with a kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances from Mora including an oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, extractor hood, built-in Electrolux washing machine, and a small dishwasher. In the living room, there is also a table with chairs and a sofa.
On the upper floor, there is a bathroom with a toilet, a separate dressing room with storage space, and a bedroom with a bed and extra storage space. The bedroom has access to a terrace of 5m2.
The rental price includes a cellar of 2.5 m2 on the ground floor of the building.
The service fee is 4,500 CZK per month and is billed once a year based on actual consumption. The service fee does not include the electricity of the apartment (approximately 1,100 CZK/month paid directly by the tenant) and possible internet connection.
