In a pleasant location in the Central Bohemian region, I am renting a 1+1 apartment of 37 m2 exclusively for 1 person (max. 2 people). The village of Zlonice has all civic amenities, including a school and kindergarten. You can get to Slaný by car in 10 minutes, by bus in 15 minutes. To Prague by car in 30 minutes, by bus in 45-60 minutes.
The apartment has been renovated, there is a completely new kitchen unit including all appliances (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator). The room with a dressing room and a raised sleeping floor provides plenty of space. The apartment can be rented unfurnished or furnished (see photos...). The heating is central via radiators (no unreliable waffle irons or expensive direct heaters). Electricity is transferred to the tenant. Internet available if necessary.
