Byt je vhodný pro 1 až 2 osoby, nekuřáci. S ohledem na skladbu domu nevhodné a netolerované pořádání různých večírků. Nevhodné pro "přespávající". Nechceme žádná zvířata, žádnou ubytovnu. RK nevolat. We offer for rent a spacious, fully renovated 3+KK apartment on Kaplická Street in Pankrác.
The apartment is privately owned and has a floor area of 57 m², a 6 m² loggia, and a small storage room on the same floor. It has undergone complete renovation and is fully furnished as shown in the photos.
The kitchen is equipped with all essential Samsung appliances and is connected to the living room. The kitchen and living room face west, offering a beautiful view of Prague Castle, while the two separate bedrooms face east. The bathroom features a shower and a washer-dryer (Gorenje brand).
All windows are fitted with new Climax exterior blinds with remote-control functionality (when connected to the internet). The toilet is separate and includes a small washbasin. The entrance door is new and security-certified (Adlo brand).
Internet connection options include Vodafone (formerly UPC) or PODA, and the apartment also has satellite access. Monthly utility costs are estimated at CZK 5,000, including electricity, with all charges reconciled according to actual consumption. Two refundable security deposits are required.
Pankrác is a very green area (a park is across the street, and there is greenery around Kavčí hory). Parking is available in front of the building, or a garage space about 50 meters away can be rented separately (not guaranteed). The Pankrác metro station is within walking distance, and a bus stop is just 100 meters from the apartment.
The apartment is suitable for one or two non-smoking tenants. Due to the character of the building, parties and overnight guests are not suitable or tolerated. No pets, no subletting, and no agencies.
