I would like to offer you my three-bedroom apartment, located in a quiet area on the second floor (out of four) on Mitušova Street in Ostrava–Hrabůvka. There is no elevator. A reserved parking spot is available right in front of the building, and the apartment also includes a balcony and a storage room.

The apartment was renovated in 2007. There is a high-quality floor in the living room and in one of the bedrooms (still in great condition). The hallway and kitchen have good-quality floor tiles, and the smallest bedroom has PVC flooring. The electrical wiring and water pipes have been replaced.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, gas cooktop, and oven. The living room includes a sofa and cabinets, as shown in the photos. The larger bedroom will have only a large wardrobe; a bed can be added if needed. The hallway includes a shoe rack, a small closet, and a space with coat hooks. We can also leave the washing machine in the bathroom for you if you wish. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. We can discuss which furniture you would like to keep and what you don’t need.

There is a storage room inside the apartment with shelves, as well as another storage room on the ground floor of the building.
