V byte jsem sam velmi spokojene bydlel nez jsem se kvuli zamestnani odstehoval do zahranici. Idealne bych chtel byt pronajmout castecne zarizeny (hlavne obyvaci pokoj, pripadne postel/pracovni stul v loznici), ale je mozne se domluvit i jinak.
K bytu nalezi i mensi sklepni koje. Je take moznost pronajmout si parkovaci misto primo ve vnitrobloku za cca 2000/mesic od SVJ.
I'm offering a bright, spacious apartment a few steps away from Smichovska naplavka. The apartment has a total area of 99 m2, the bedroom and a small balcony are facing inside a quiet and green courtyard. The living room and study/children's room face the street and both have beautiful original parquet floors; the whole apartment has high ceilings and lots of light.
Vieweings are possible Monday - Wednesday (15-17.8.), please send me some basic info about yourself and your preferred times for visits.
Transport accessibility is excellent - the Zborovska tram stop is almost in front of the door, and the Andel metro, or Palacke namesti, are both just few minutes away.
Heating and hot water are managed by a Vaillant gas boiler. Current energy bill for two is approx. 1000 for electricity and 1700 for gas, it is probably safe to assume that the gas costs will increase due to the current situation on the market.
I lived in the apartment myself very happily before I moved abroad for work. I'd ideally rent the apartment partially furnished, but details can be arranged as needed.
The apartment comes with a storage space in the cellar. It is also possible to rent a parking spot directly in the courtyard for approx. 2000/month from the building association.
