Vstup do bytu je řešen velkoryse s velkou předsíní a velkou šatní skříní. Byt má zařízenou kuchyň všemi spotřebiči (vestavěná lednice s mrazákem, myčka, trouba, mikrovlnka, indukční sporák) a velkým pracovním prostorem. Na kuchyňskou linku navazuje jídelna s balkónem. Tento prostor pokračuje vstupem do velkého obýváku, který může být buď zcela oddělen, nebo být součástí širšího prostoru obývák – jídelna – kuchyň. Škola i školka cca 10 minut pěšky, dětské hřiště 3 min od domu. Dojezd do Prahy buď přes D1 nebo starou Benešovskou nebo přes vesnice mimo tyto hlavní silnice. V dnešním provozu během špičky počítejte okraj Prahy cca 25-30 minut, mimo špičku je dojezd radikálně nižší.
Kamenice se nachází kousek od řeky Sázavy, pražští obyvatelé sem jezdí na chaty. Les vhodný na turistiku či sběr hub je pár minut od domu, od jara do podzimu tedy kolo i pěší výlety, v zimě je 6 km vzdálené lyžařské středisko Chotouň, pro vášnivé lyžaře 60 km od domu Monínec. V obci je několik rybníků, které se v zimě využívají na bruslení, fotbalové i víceúčelové hřiště atd.

Orientation south, east. 2 large balconies, 2 toilets, spacious bathroom, storage room with laundry (water and drainage connections), and another additional storage room. All wooden floors, entrance to the apartment, bathroom, and storage rooms are tiled. The apartment includes a cellar and an outdoor garage parking space.
The entrance to the apartment is generously designed with a large hallway and a large wardrobe. The apartment has a kitchen equipped with all appliances (built-in fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob) and a large workspace. The kitchen area continues into a dining room with a balcony. This space leads into a large living room, which can be either completely separate or part of a wider living room - dining room - kitchen area. At the end of the apartment, there are two bedrooms (or a study or other use). One bedroom is large and spacious (approx. 25 m2) with a large balcony, which is even larger than the one in the dining room. Both balconies face south, ideal for growing not only flowers but also herbs or tomatoes. It is also possible to have a seating area. The second bedroom (approx. 15m2) is located to the east and has a French window overlooking the park (usually used as a children's room or study).
The apartment is located right in the center of Kamenice, 3 minutes to the bus stop and the store (Billa), doctors, office, and all amenities within reach. School and kindergarten are about a 10-minute walk, a playground 3 minutes from the house. Access to Prague is either via the D1 highway or the old Benešov road or through villages outside these main roads. In today's traffic during peak hours, expect a journey to the outskirts of Prague to take about 25-30 minutes, outside peak hours the journey time is significantly lower.
Kamenice is located near the Sázava river, Prague residents come here for cottages. A forest suitable for hiking or mushroom picking is a few minutes from the house, from spring to autumn cycling and hiking trips, in winter there is a ski resort in Chotouň, 6 km away, for avid skiers 60 km from the Monínec house. There are several ponds in the village, which are used for ice skating in winter, football and multi-purpose fields, etc.
