The studio consists of a room with a double bed for up to 2 people, TV and a small desk; bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also washing machine with dryer available for our guests.

Situated in a basement it has the perfect location to maintain a good temperature in any season of the year. Cool in summer and warm in winter thanks to the underfloor heating.

The studio is located next to our other two flats (1+kk & 2+kk), in case of a large group they can be rented together (subject to availability).

Parking space available on premises: 30 EUR per week.

Late check in is possible: 20 EUR from 21h; 40 EUR after midnight. To be paid in cash uppon arrival.
