Slnečný 3 izbový byt v 16 ročnej novostavbe v centra mesta pri Medickej záhrade.
Priestranný byt o výmere 71 metrov štvorcových. Veľké okná v obývačke a v spálni poskytujú množstvo svetla počas celého dňa. Druhá spálňa má menšie okno s nie priamym slnečným svetlom a preto je skôr vhodná ako pracovňa, alebo hosťovská izba.

Two bedroom apartment in quiet location near city center (15 walking minutes). The new downtown area of Bratislava is even closer. For example to get to the shopping mall Nivy and the central bus station it would take you about five minutes on foot.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms and one living room connected with kitchen. One of the bedrooms has smaller window without direct sunlight so it is more suitable as a guest room or working space. The main bedroom and living room have big windows so there is lots of sunlight during all day. The flat is on fourth floor in newly constructed building (2009) with lift.

In the rent is not included parking space which can be rented for 120 euro per month. The parking is in the underground level, right next to the lift.
Utility fees of 150 euro/ month for two persons (including internet) are not included in the rent. For one person utilities are 130 euro/ month. So the total monthly rent for two persons is 1010 euro without parking.
