The neo-gothic house is after reconstruction of the entrance and yard, very well maintained. From the common areas of the house is entered through a security door into a common hallway for 2 apartments.
The apartment is after a modern renovation completed a year ago, with an emphasis on maximum preservation of historical elements such as mullioned windows and doors, wooden tiles in a clean line style.
In the entrance hall of the apartment with a large window to the spacious skylight there is a white and black kitchen, equipped with electric hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher. A storage room for storing seasonal items is also accessible from the entrance hall. Double glazed doors lead to the living room (approx 22 m2) with ample space for a dining table and a lounge area. From the living room we then enter through double doors into the bedroom with insuite bathroom. The bedroom has a mirrored wardrobe and space for a very large bed.
