From 1st October there will be an apartment for rent in Prague 5 - Radlice. 2+1, 70 sq metres. One balcony within the apartment, one smaller one outside in the hallway. 5 minutes walk from B subway station Radlicka and terminus of tram 7. Stop of bus 137 also about 7 minutes walk. The area is quiet and (so far) without blue parking zones. The apartment is partially furnished with two separate rooms, one including a balcony. The whole house is quiet, therefore I am looking for someone calm and capable of keeping the place tidy. Every six weeks there is a part of the hallway that needs to be cleaned plus in winter every six weeks you are responsible for clearing snow from in front of the door for a week. Internet needs to be plugged in (landline is available), all utilities (water and electricity) will be your responsibility.
Second floor without elevator.
It is equipped with kitchen, fridge and freezer, stove, plenty of storage space in built in wardrobes. One bed and some other shelves.
