Really close is shopping centre VIVO, 50m is big grocery LIDL (50m), the park and Hostivař dam.
Connection – the metro Skalka is only 10 minutes by bus. Muzeum is from the flat 30 minutes. The night tram from the centre going every 20 minutes to morning.
Equipment – new modern kitchen with appliances, new washmachine with dryer, modern furniture, option using the balcony, intnet conection is include in price.
It the second room live 26 years olg working boy, who is every autumn and winter mostly ouside the apartment because work.
The new building disposes special lift and every doors are for chip. To the room I looking for young person (student or working), non-smoker, without pets
