Cena 9000 Kč měsíčně plus 3000 Kč za poplatky, energie a internet.
Je zde možné zřídit si přechodné bydliště a parkovací povolení pro Prahu 8 za 1200 Kč na rok.
A furnished room for one person, of 16 m2, in a 2-bedroom flat of 46 m2 by the Palmovka subway/metro stop and the Rokytka-Vltava bike path, across from the DOCK.
The flat would be shared with me, the owner (I speak Czech and English) but I use the apartment (except the room on offer) only some weekdays and only during the day (11am-6pm).
The apartment sits on an elevated ground floor (there is one more, heated apartment below it) and looks onto a green courtyard. There is a fridge with a freezer, induction stove, dishwasher and washing machine. A storage locker is also available to store suitcases, a bike etc.
A temporary residence status and a parking permit in Prague 8 for 1200 Kc per year can be arranged.
The price is 9000 Kc plus 3000 Kc for services, utilities and Internet.
