I would love to offer you one of my renovated flats which is located on the 6th floor with its extra storage room directly infront of the flat. I am normal worker which likes investing into appartments and deal with people and I like in a rented flat as well :-) but in other city. I tried to make the kitchen as a space for a lovely cooking and you will not mind spending time there due to higher kitchen desk .There is some furniture, which could be moved out according to your wishes. A bed 140x200 cm withouth mattress. Within the building 3 lifts, 1 for large things to move around. It is a 5-minute walk to the bus or train station direction to Prague, time duration to Veleslavín, Zličín (Prague) 30 min (bus, train). All energy fees (water, trash, cleaning, lifts, electricity...) remain written on my name (2350 CZK for 1 person, 2950 CZK for 2, everywhere LED lights), billing will take place at the end of the billing period.
