As a direct owner, I will rent out an older apartment in a panel block in Prague-Petrovice, 3 rooms plus a kitchen corner with a loggia, of about 65 m2. Bathroom and a separate lavatory are after reconstruction, the rest of the apartment is in the original but maintained condition.
The apartment is being rented out in the condition and with the equipment according to the pictures, whilst the tenant will be entitled to have the furniture removed from the apartment if they wish to. Obtaining of a washing machine and a fridge for the apartment can be arranged (there is a dishwasher and a stove with an oven in the apartment).
The lease is expected to be for a fixed period of one year with the possibility of extension.
Rent CZK 14,000 per month plus common fees paid by the landlord corresponding to the number of people living in the flat (there is central heating in the apartment, central supply of hot water, gas, electricity, and cable TV - total costs amount up to CZK 4,200 for 2 people without the internet which the tenant will be arranging themselves). Deposit CZK 20,000.
