It underwent a reconstruction recently and its freshly painted. The rooms have wooden floors. There is a stove, dishwasher and a fridge in the kitchen. Also there is a built-in wardrobe in the hall and a washing machine in the bathroom.The furniture on the pictures can stay or we can get rid of it - depends upon agreement.
