We are offering furnished flat 2+1 in the centre of Brno (near by Spielberk office park, 2 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket, 10 minutes to the railway station and city centre, 10 minutes to Vaňkovka shopping centre) to rent. The flat has been renovated. There are two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and balcony with view to the trees. There are new windows, in the bedrooms carpets and in the other parts of the flat linoleum. The furniture is new or in a good condition. In the kitchen there is kitchen unit including storage, dishwasher, gas stove with electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, kitchen table with chairs and vacuum cleaner. In the bathroom there is washing maschine, in the corridor is built-in wardrobe and coathanger. In the bedrooms there are in total three wardrobes, three beds, chest of drawers, two desks and two chairs. There is a couch in one of the rooms. It is possible to move out the beds and desks from the bedrooms and the furniture in the bedrooms can be moved within the flat. On the balcony there is also a table and chairs. We do not wish to live any animals in the flat because of the carpets and smoking is allowed only on the balcony. It is necessary to not disturb by noise during the nights in the building.
