I offer for long-term rent a furnished and equipped apartment 2+1, 66 m2 (separate rooms) in Jeseniova Street in Prague 3 (hallway, kitchen, bedroom, living room, toilet, separate bathroom, pantry), second floor with an elevator on the mezzanine. The apartment has undergone partial reconstruction and modernization, the apartment has a kitchen with a new oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with freezer, in the bathroom a bathtub, sink, washing machine, combined gas boiler for DHW and heating. In the bedroom there are built-in wardrobes (cannot be removed), a double bed and a work desk, there can also be a cot. In the next room there is sector furniture, a work desk and chairs, armchairs. The current tenant used this room as a generous children's room (available are two comfortable beds 90x200, which can be assembled as bunk-bed), but it can be arranged also as a classic living room. In the hallway there is also a built-in wardrobe and shoe rack, additional storage space in the pantry.
The house has a newly revitalized backyard with a garden for free use only by the residents of the house (subject to compliance with the rules) - there is a seating area and a grill available.
There is limited parking in the area (blue zone), but you can set up a permanent residence with the consent of the cooperative, then parking without problems. Living near the center is suitable for a couple or a family with respect for the neighbors' right to a quiet nights. Available upon agreement since 13.9.2026 .
The rent is 24,000 CZK, billable service fees (water, elevator, garbage, cleaning, electricity company, internet) are according to the number of people - about 3,000 for two people (incl. internet connection), and then 900 CZK for each additional person. The tenant can transfer the consumption of gas and electricity to themselves, or they will pay deposits according to the current favorable tariffs of the landlord, and will receive a statement once a year together with the supplier's invoice and after the end of the lease an extraordinary invoice. Now both energies according to fixed price lists about 3,300 CZK monthly. Deposit of 35,000 is payable upon reservation.
