In a revitalized projects block we are renting a one-room flat. There's a built-in dresser and tile floor in the ante-room. The bathroom and toilet is original, but refurbished, there's a small bath, washing machine and furniture in the it. In the kitchen section there's a fridge with a separate freezer, double hotplate and a small oven, a microwave oven and lino on the floor. The living part with a floating floor is furnished with more storage features (built-in dresser, shelves etc.). There's no TV, just the sockets for connection. The bed for two is a bunk one, accessed over solid stairs under which there is more storage. Under the bed there's an expendable sofa with yet extra space inside and a small table with 2 chairs. The balcony is closed by a glass wall, with lino on the ground.

The place is very quiet, the window is facing the West with a view of Poruba. Parking is available on designated lots around the building.

The rent includes annually billed downpayments for heat and water consumption. The electricity and eventual internet access is to be covered extra. We prefer a long-term rent and require a 2 month rent deposit. We insist there are no cats whatsoever and dogs bigger than small interior breed.
