The location of the Mundsburgtower combines urban Hamburg living with excellent infrastructure and immediate proximity to the Außenalster. Shopping options, dining, a cinema, and public transportation are practically at your doorstep.

Directly connected to the building complex is the Hamburger Meile. This large shopping center offers numerous fashion and lifestyle stores as well as supermarkets, drugstores, pharmacies, bakeries, cafés, and various services. Daily shopping can thus be conveniently done without a car.

There is also plenty on offer for leisure and entertainment. The UCI Kino Mundsburg is located right in the Mundsburg-Center and is reachable within minutes. In addition, there is a diverse selection of restaurants, cafés, and gastronomic offerings around the Mundsburger Damm and the Hamburger Meile – from quick lunches to relaxed dinners.

For the sake of transparency, I would also like to point out that the interior areas of the Mundsburgtower are currently being enhanced and technically modernized. On my floor, the new conduits have already been installed and only need to be covered. In other floors, some electrical wires are still being renewed. The work on my floor is largely complete, so based on the current situation no major or permanently noisy disturbances are to be expected here.

The craftsmen usually work Monday through Thursday from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 15:30; on Fridays, work typically does not take place.

Furthermore, from 2028 the renovation of the exterior façade including the replacement of the windows is planned. When the time comes, the actual window replacement is expected, on one floor, to be completed within one day.
