Directly adjacent to the building complex is the Hamburger Meile. The large shopping center offers numerous stores for fashion and lifestyle as well as supermarkets, drugstores, pharmacies, bakeries, cafés, and various services. Daily shopping can thus be conveniently done without a car.

There is also plenty for leisure and entertainment. The UCI Kino Mundsburg is located directly in the Mundsburg Center and can be reached within a few minutes. In addition, around the Mundsburger Damm and the Hamburger Meile there is a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and culinary options—from a quick lunch to a relaxed dinner.

On my floor, the new wiring has already been installed and only needs to be covered. In other floors, electrical wiring is sometimes still being renewed. The work on my floor is largely completed, so currently no major or consistently loud disturbances are to be expected here.

The tradespeople usually work from Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 15:30; on Fridays, work typically does not take place.

Furthermore, from 2028 onward, the renovation of the exterior façade, including the replacement of the windows, is planned. When the time comes, the actual window replacement on one floor is expected to take place within a day.
