I purchased this small but charming condominium in Steglitz as an investment property back in 2007. It was occupied for many years by an elderly couple and, after their move-out, by a good friend of mine for a few years. She has now moved out, and I would like to sell the apartment in order to buy a new place with my girlfriend elsewhere.

The building has a total of 6 floors. Through a vehicle passage, you enter the courtyard, which offers five parking spaces (one of which belongs to the apartment) and garbage bins.

The running heating pipes radiate a great amount of heat during winter, so much so that the last tenant reported never having to turn on the heating even on cold winter days, which significantly saves on heating costs.
