The country house is located right in the town center and is only about a 10-minute walk, 500 meters, from the Porsche area. A bus stop for the Porsche factory is also very close, only about 20 meters away. The immediate surroundings and the street are exceptionally quiet, making it safe for children to play outside. There is ample parking available right in front of the house. The nearest motorway on-ramp for the A8 is approximately 5 km away. A supermarket, bakeries, a butcher, post office, drugstore, and more can be reached conveniently within just 1-2 minutes on foot.

No loud noises or disruptive behavior are allowed after 10 p.m. Smoking inside the premises is prohibited. Pets are allowed by arrangement. The rental price applies to one person; for two persons, an additional EUR 125 per month applies; for three persons, please contact us for arrangements. For stays under three months, an additional 7% VAT will be charged. Daily rates can be arranged upon request, with a minimum stay of five nights.

Final cleaning fees are added according to arrangement and range between EUR 90 and EUR 220, depending on the length of the stay.
