Rooms are furnished with simple standard equipment (a 1.40 m bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and, upon request, a desk and chair). The tenants are responsible for furnishing the remainder of their private rooms and must supply their own mattress. Towels and bed linen are not provided.

Room 05 is available for rent no earlier than July 15, 2026, or by arrangement.

Within the apartment, there is real wood parquet flooring, and the communal kitchen features modern vinyl flooring. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer combination. Basic kitchenware (dishes, cutlery, etc.) is available, but it is not part of the rented property. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious balcony with seating. Another balcony is connected to the private rooms. The balcony area in front of the rooms remains reserved for the respective tenant. The large bathroom with daylight features a double sink, walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine, and dryer. The smaller bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower, and toilet.

There is a Netcologne fiber optic network (100/40), WLAN, and LAN connection in all rooms.

This shared apartment is located in a building at Ziegeleiweg 14, which was renovated in 2022, on the 5th floor.

In total, five individuals in their early to late twenties live here, all with stable employment or as students.

We are looking for indefinite long-term rental relationships with a minimum rental period of 6 months. Tenants will receive a landlord certificate for registration at the residents' registration office.
