Rooms & Prices

There are living units available in different sizes—so there is a fitting solution for almost every need and budget.

The rental prices start at just €420 per month. For that, you receive a private 2-room living unit with at least 35 m² of your own living space, plus approximately 20 m² of shared and usable space. In total, you have at least 55 m² of living and usable space available.

This places you well below the current rental price index without having to sacrifice comfort or community.

Depending on the size and equipment of the living unit, the rental prices vary.

Move-In & Viewings

Move-in is possible immediately. Short-notice viewings can be arranged at any time by appointment.

A small note in advance: Please don’t be alarmed—the house is still in the process of being created. At the moment, it is being furnished, renovated, and organized, so it can sometimes look like a chaotic construction site.

However, don’t be misled by appearances: the potential of the house is already clearly visible. With a little imagination, you can quickly see what is emerging here—a special place to live, enjoy life, and feel at home.
