Starting August 1st, two lockable rooms in a completely renovated 93 sqm apartment (with approximately 50 sqm of kitchen/living room and two new bathrooms) on the ground floor of a beautiful villa in Flamersheim will be available for rent. These beautiful rooms, available as new occupancy after a complete renovation, are part of a four-room apartment where all rooms will kick off a new four-person shared apartment on August 1st.

The entire apartment has 93 sqm of living space and includes:

• 4 lockable single rooms for individual use, and

• A high-quality, fully equipped solid wood kitchen with a dishwasher,

• Two bathrooms,

• A large living-dining area as the center and heart of the apartment,

• A small storage room for communal use.

The all-inclusive (warm) rent per room:

• Single room for individual use: €449 warm

• Room 4 is a “Tiny Apartment”: €429 furnished warm

– approximately 7.81 sqm base area + 2.5 sqm loft area (furnished only), perfect for commuters.

All rooms are bright, modern, and are currently being completely renovated.

The rent includes electricity, water, and heating, i.e., the typical additional costs.

It is possible to rent the rooms furnished with a bed, dresser, closet, desk, lamps, and chair. We have calculated an additional €49 per month for this.

For €15 per month, we provide a washing machine and dryer including individual wash and dry cycles.

• By car: Only about 10 minutes to Rheinbach (University of Applied Sciences H-BRS) and 12 minutes to the center of Euskirchen.
