Upon request, the apartment can be furnished with tasteful, modern decor as shown in the pictures (for an additional only €50 per month). This way, you can move in immediately without having to carry heavy furniture or dismantle and reassemble it. Would you rather bring your own favorite furniture? Then we will dismantle our furnishings and store them for you.

You can use our washing machines and dryers in the communal basement for a flat fee of €15 per month.

High-speed internet is available throughout the entire rental period for a monthly fee of €15. Additionally, for €10 per month, you can subscribe to a TV service.

Our additional costs truly offer an “all-round carefree package” – including water, heating, house cleaning, winter service, etc. – all provided at a flat, predictable rate. No nasty surprises with the operating cost statement!

We are looking for long-term tenants for a cooperative and happy tenancy, who are willing to commit for at least one year, preferably longer.

Please note that we must always verify your creditworthiness (e.g., via Schufa/Creditreform, etc.) before signing the contract. If you have any negative entries, please inform us before any viewings so that we can determine in advance whether we are allowed to rent this apartment to you at all.

For fire safety reasons, the storage room may not be used as a sleeping space or a room, but exclusively as storage.

The use of the kitchen is included in the base rent.

The total rent, including additional costs (for one person), kitchen, electricity, internet, furnishings, and washing machine usage, amounts to €910.00.

The minimum contract duration is one year.
