This way, you can move in immediately without having to carry heavy furniture or dismantle and rebuild it. Would you prefer to bring your own favorite furniture? In that case, we will dismantle our furniture and store it for you.

Our washing machines and dryers in the communal basement are available for a flat rate of €15 per month.

High-speed internet and digital TV are available to you for €15 per month.

Our additional costs truly form an “all-inclusive worry-free package,” including water, heating, house cleaning, winter maintenance, etc. – all at a fixed, predictable rate.

No nasty surprises when it comes to service charge billing!

We are looking for long-term tenants for a partnership-based and happy rental relationship, with a commitment of at least one year, preferably longer.
