Right in front of the front door in the street, there are plenty of resident parking spaces. The corresponding permits can be applied for with the city for €30 per year. Additionally, there are more free parking spaces available on the side streets.
In the immediate vicinity, there is access to the attractive recreational area "Nordbahntrasse." Also very close by is a spa.
