The Apartment

Welcome to this charming and stylish 2-room apartment in Wuppertal-Barmen! The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of an attractive and well-maintained historic building near the Barmen Center. It has been renovated and furnished with great attention to detail and is available for rent immediately.

The apartment consists of two rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, and a completely new bathroom with a bathtub. In the living room, bedroom, and kitchen the original hardwood floor has been finished in an elegant anthracite lacquer. In the entrance hall, the beautiful terrazzo floor continues from the building’s corridor, and in the bathroom, refined anthracite floor tiles with a slate finish have been installed. Large windows ensure plenty of natural light, and the restored antique paneled doors contribute to the stylish ambiance.

From the entrance area, which includes a cloakroom, you can head right to the spacious daylight bathroom, left to the bedroom, and straight ahead to the kitchen. In just a few minutes, you can reach the A 46 – either via Steinweg and Carnaper Str. (entrance W-Barmen) or via Westkotter and Märkische Str. (entrance W-Wichlinghausen). This provides excellent road connections by car to Düsseldorf and the Ruhr area.

Right in front of the front door in the street, there are plenty of resident parking spaces. The corresponding permits can be applied for with the city for €30 per year. Additionally, there are more free parking spaces available on the side streets.

In the immediate vicinity, there is access to the attractive recreational area "Nordbahntrasse." Also very close by is a spa.

Living Room

The indicated flat-rate rent is based on one person as well as a minimum rental period of 3 months. It includes, in addition to the usual ancillary costs, electricity, heating, Magenta TV, a WLAN internet connection (soon to be upgraded to fiber), and the cleaning of the staircase.

When occupied by two people, the rent increases by €100/month. Shorter rental periods are possible upon request. If desired, the landlord can arrange registration with the contributions service. The costs for this are added on top of the flat-rate rent.

Upon move-out, a final cleaning fee is payable. The cost will depend on the effort required.
