Right outside the front door of the building there are plenty of resident parking spaces. The corresponding permits can be obtained from the city for €30 per year. In addition, further free parking spaces are available on the side streets.

In the immediate vicinity, there is access to the attractive recreational area "Nordbahntrasse". Also nearby, there is a spa.

Living Room

The stated all-inclusive rent applies to one person and a minimum rental period of 3 months. In addition to the usual ancillary costs, it also includes electricity, heating, Magenta TV, WLAN internet connection (soon with fiber optic), and stairwell cleaning.

If occupied by two people, the rent increases by €100 per month. Shorter rental periods are possible on request. If desired, the landlord can register the tenant with the Beitragsservice. The costs for this are added on top of the all-inclusive rent.
