Right outside the front door of the building there are plenty of resident parking spaces. The corresponding permits can be obtained from the city for €30 per year. In addition, further free parking spaces are available on the side streets.
In the immediate vicinity, there is access to the attractive recreational area "Nordbahntrasse". Also nearby, there is a spa.
