Through the staircase, you enter the apartment’s hallway. This area also accommodates the cloakroom. The hallway acts as a central element that connects all the rooms. A nearly new fitted kitchen from the brand Nobilia, complete with built-in appliances, is already located in the apartment and is included in the rental price. A small dining nook would easily fit in the kitchen as well.

You enter the east-facing bedroom through the dressing room, which could also be used as a small office if desired; the necessary connections for this use are already provided. The children's room faces south.

The absolute highlight of this lovingly renovated apartment is the large living and dining area. The bathroom features a double sink, WC, towel warmer, large rain shower, and a washing machine connection. A small storage room is also present within the apartment.
