Room 2: Comfortable approx. 10.43 m² – 465 € cold rent plus 80 € advance payment for utilities

Room 3: Spacious approx. 12.34 m² – 480 € cold rent plus 80 € advance payment for utilities

Room 4: The largest room with a generous approx. 13.99 m² – 495 € cold rent plus 80 € advance payment for utilities
