Location Description
The Conversion and Development Company mbH Donaueschingen (KEG) acquired an area of approximately 14 hectares from the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks as part of its military conversion. On this area, the new urban district "Am Buchberg" is now to be developed gradually.

Therefore, the allocation is carried out using an evaluation catalogue with a points system. The best concept in conjunction with an appropriate price bid will be awarded. The concept is weighted at 70 points and the purchase price at 30 points.
