The apartment is rented fully furnished only.

Individual pieces of furniture can be removed from the apartment upon consultation.

A fixed end-of-lease cleaning fee of 130 euros is charged upon departure.

It features a spacious dining and living area with an integrated, open, fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a bedroom. A TV is available in the living area. Additionally, two single beds are provided in the living area.

Furthermore, there is a terrace including garden furniture and a view of the vineyards.

The rent is all-inclusive and covers all additional costs such as electricity, heating, water, open Wi-Fi, insurances, and waste disposal.

There is an option to use the washing machine for a fee.

Upon departure, a one-time end cleaning fee of 130 euros is due.

If needed, the apartment can be cleaned monthly – for an additional fee.

The apartment is rented on a temporary basis for a maximum of 3 years.

Erpolzheim is an idyllic community known for its fruit and wine production, with around 1,500 inhabitants. Erpolzheim is located between Freinsheim and Bad Dürkheim, right in the middle of the vineyards and adjacent to the “Bruch” nature reserve.

For all hiking, mountain biking, or walking enthusiasts, the Biosphere Reserve Pfälzer Wald is only about 9 km away.

In the village, there are two farm shops, a bakery, and a kindergarten. Supermarkets can be found in the neighboring towns of Freinsheim and Bad Dürkheim.

Erpolzheim is located approximately 18 km from Ludwigshafen, 20 km from Mannheim, and 14 km from Frankenthal. The A650 motorway is 5 km away, and the A6 motorway can be reached within 8 km.
