The apartment is currently being renovated. Therefore, the pictures show an already renovated and furnished apartment. The furniture is largely identical. The apartment will be ready for occupancy by the end of June. A video of a comparable apartment can be provided.

The bus stop is 100 m away. It’s a 10-minute walk to the market. The Pontviertel (ideal for students) is 300 m away.
