Heating: Brötje gas central heating (EcoTherm Kompakt), built in 2008. Heat is delivered via flat-panel radiators. Hot water is produced through the central heating system.

Electrical System: In the past, the system was extensively revised, with most wiring renewed in conduits.

Historical Features: Originally preserved oak entrance door with decorative ornaments, wooden staircase with a turned balustrade and posts, historic room doors, ceiling friezes on the upper and ground floors, exposed original floor tiles from the construction period in the entrance area, vaulted basement with an arched ceiling, and an original roof structure.
