Nabídka pokojů a ceny: Ceny jsou uvedeny vždy za celý pokoj. Pokud se rozhodnete pokoj sdílet ve dvou, nájem se nezvyšuje, doplácí se pouze zálohy na energie za druhou osobu.
2x Velký pokoj s vlastní šatnou (24-25m²): 7 500 Kč / měsíc
3x Velký pokoj ( 22–24 m²): 7 000 Kč / měsíc
2x Střední pokoj (15–17 m²): 6 000 Kč / měsíc
Služby, energie a podmínky:
Zálohy: Voda 500 Kč/osoba, elektřina a plyn 1 000 Kč/osoba (celkem tedy 1 500 Kč měsíčně na osobu). Internet je řešen po domluvě.
Kauce: Ve výši 1 měsíčního nájmu.
Dostupnost: Pokoje jsou volné k nastěhování ihned.
Zakládáme si na vstřícném a férovém jednání. Prohlídky jsou možné po předchozí domluvě.

We offer rooms for rent in a spacious apartment (the entire first floor) located at 6 Purkyňova Street, right by Masaryk Square and in the immediate vicinity of the Faculty of Arts at Ostrava University. The apartment is ideal for students seeking quiet and affordable housing in the very heart of the city.
Layout and Common Areas:
The apartment consists of a total of 7 self-contained rooms.
A kitchen, bathroom, and 2 separate toilets are available for communal use.
The space is currently cleared out and ready. Although the equipment (beds, desks, wardrobes) is missing, we are willing to provide the necessary furniture upon mutual agreement.
Room Offers and Prices:
Prices are quoted for the entire room. If you decide to share a room with another person, the rent does not increase; only the utility deposits for the second person are added.
• 2x Large room with private walk-in closet (24–25 m²): 7,500 CZK/month
• 3x Large room (22–24 m²): 7,000 CZK/month
• 2x Medium room (15–17 m²): 6,000 CZK/month
Services, Utilities, and Conditions:
Deposits: Water 500 CZK per person, electricity and gas 1,000 CZK per person (a total of 1,500 CZK per month per person). Internet arrangements can be made by agreement.
Security Deposit: Amounting to 1 month’s rent.
Availability: The rooms are available for immediate move-in.
