In our attic apartment in Flamersheim, a room will be available from June 1st in our nice 3-person flatshare. A beautiful room available for first occupancy after renovation. The apartment comprises 3 lockable rooms, all starting a new 3-person flatshare on June 1st.

The entire apartment has 70 sqm of living space and features:

• a furnished kitchen

• a bathroom

• and a small storage room for communal use

with a total of 3 shared apartment rooms.

Room 1: approx. 13.80 sqm for €429 (warm rent) starting 1.06.2026

From July 1st and August 1st, freshly renovated shared rooms in other apartments will also be available and are looking forward to a friendly tenant.

Room 2: approx. 13.91 sqm for €449 from 1.07.2026 – in another apartment in the same building

Room 3: approx. 11.09 sqm furnished from 1.07.2026 for €459

Room 4: approx. 7.81 sqm for €399 from 1.08.2026 (furnished micro apartment) – in another apartment in the same building, perfect for commuters.

All rooms are bright, filled with natural light, and quiet, and are currently being completely renovated. It might therefore make sense to inquire about a later move-in date and to write a detailed email.

About the Shared Flat / Who I’m Looking For:

I am looking for a relaxed flatmate who values a harmonious coexistence. Whether you are a student, apprentice, or working professional, it is important that we get along on a personal level.

The room (and the entire apartment) will be handed over freshly renovated and can be occupied from June 1st, 2026. (The pictures still show the unrenovated state; we will provide new pictures if needed during the renovation work, which starts in early May.) Freshly renovated rooms in another apartment, currently under renovation in the same building, will be available on July 1st and August 1st.
