This apartment features 3 lockable rooms, all of which will begin life in a new 3-person shared flat as of June 1.

The entire apartment measures 70 sqm of living area and includes a kitchen, a bathroom, and a small storage room available for communal use, with a total of 3 shared flat rooms.

About the Shared Flat / Whom I am Looking For:

I am looking for a relaxed flatmate who values a harmonious living environment. Whether you are a student, apprentice, or working professional – it’s important that we get along well on a personal level.

The room (or the entire apartment) will be handed over freshly renovated and is available for occupancy on June 1, 2026. (The pictures still show the unrenovated condition; we will provide new images as needed during the renovation process. The renovations begin in early May.) For July 1 and August 1, freshly renovated rooms in another apartment (which is also currently being renovated) in the same building will be available.
