Whether as a modern student or trainee shared apartment or as a comfortable accommodation for employees of your company, you will find suitable living space in a central location with old building charm.

WG rooms can be rented individually by students/trainees. Alternatively, companies can rent one apartment individually or several apartments as a package.

THE APARTMENTS

A floor plan of the apartment on the 3rd floor is provided as a photo. The bedrooms are approximately 12 m² to 20 m² in size, freshly painted and partly feature direct access to a balcony.

The apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors have a similar floor plan, while the ground floor apartment is somewhat larger.

All apartments are equipped with a new modern fitted kitchen and can be rented furnished or unfurnished.

The building is an early 20th-century old building (built in 1910) with high ceilings and large windows – not a new construction, but a house with classic old building character. The bathrooms are designed to be functional. The toilet and shower are located in separate rooms, which significantly eases everyday life when several residents share the apartment.

The building is located between the center of Osnabrück and the Westerberg Campus. Both destinations are within walking distance, and additional higher education institutions are also nearby.

Shopping facilities are located about 150 m diagonally across the street (combination store with bakery).

A well-connected bus stop is within 5 minutes’ walk.

Rental prices depend on the size of the room or apartment. Prices for individual rooms as well as for one or several apartments are available on request.
