The house is exclusively rented to students and trainees – ideal for a relaxed shared living experience among like-minded people.

APARTMENT AND FURNISHINGS

A floor plan of the apartment is provided as a photo. The rooms range in size from approximately 12 m² to 20 m², have been freshly painted, and some offer direct balcony access. They have been furnished with new IKEA furniture, including a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair, so that moving in is hassle-free. In addition, the apartment is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen.

The building is an early 20th-century old building (built in 1910) featuring high ceilings and large windows. It is not a new build, but a house with typical old building character. The bathrooms are designed functionally. The toilet and shower are located in separate rooms, which makes daily shared living much easier.

ALL-INCLUSIVE RENT

The shared apartment rooms are rented at all-inclusive rents starting at €429, which includes the proportional use of the common areas. The all-inclusive rent covers all operating costs, heating, hot water, and electricity. WLAN access is provided at no extra cost.

All-inclusive rent means that there is no annual operating cost settlement – you will not receive any refund, but you also do not have to make any additional payments.

No brokerage fee applies.

The deposit must be paid before the handover of the keys.

The house is located between Osnabrück city centre and the Westerberg Campus. Both destinations are within walking distance, and other university locations are also nearby.

Shopping facilities can be found approximately 150 m across the street (a combined store with a bakery).

A very well-connected bus stop is within a 5-minute walk.

A separate rental contract will be signed for each bedroom.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
