Located on the garden level, the apartment is surrounded by greenery: you overlook lawns, flowers, and trees. On the idyllic terrace, you can sit amidst the garden and calmly enjoy your (celebratory) evening or weekend.

Since we want you to truly feel at home, we have completely furnished the apartment with great attention to detail. Wooden floors, mineral plasters and paints, and radiators that primarily provide radiant heat (so no dust-laden air) contribute to a pleasant indoor climate. It is very important to us that you sleep well – on two high-quality pocket-sprung mattresses.

When you move in, you need nothing more than a suitcase with your personal belongings, as everything else is provided.

Suitable for an individual or a couple. Non-smoking apartment. No pets, because we want the apartment to remain allergen-free.

The flat-rate rent is 2,490 EUR. This includes all costs, such as heating, water, electricity, internet/telephone/TV, various fees, a parking space, caretaker, etc. However, should the German average consumption of heating/water/electricity be exceeded, these additional costs will be charged.

The deposit is 4,000 EUR (3,000 EUR for a rental period of up to four months), and a fee of 180 EUR is charged for the final cleaning. For rental periods of one year or more, an intermediate cleaning is provided every six months.

Heidelberg-Wieblingen is a former fishing and small farmers’ village on the Altneckar. As a residential area, it is becoming increasingly popular with families, students, and workers alike. Wieblingen is one of Heidelberg’s most important school locations and home to many prominent companies.

From here, you can quickly reach everywhere: Heidelberg’s old town, the Neuenheimer Feld with its university campus and university hospitals, the Bahnstadt campus, the main train station, or take a stroll along the Neckar, which still follows its original course and is a nature reserve. Even Mannheim is almost as easily accessible as Heidelberg’s city center.

By bus, train, or bicycle you can be in the old town within 10 to 20 minutes. The Bike & Ride stop “Wieblingen-Mitte” is 450 meters away (RNV 5, 34er, Moonliner); another bus stop is 470 meters away (line 35). The S-Bahn station Pfaffengrund/Wieblingen is located one kilometer away, with free park & ride parking spaces. From here you are within 15 minutes of Mannheim’s main station and within 20 minutes of Ludwigshafen city center.
