The apartment is located on the top floor (2nd floor) and occupies the entire level. Dormer windows on all sides offer various views. On the cozy west-facing loggia, you can continue to enjoy the sun after work – and in summer you can even sleep there.

Since we want you to feel truly at home with us, we have completely furnished the apartment with great attention to detail – in a way that we ourselves would love to live in. Design objects, new and antique furniture complement one another and give the apartment an individual style.

When you move in, you only need to bring a suitcase with your personal belongings; everything else is provided.

No pets, as we want the apartment to remain allergen-free.

The all-inclusive rent is 2,590 EUR. This includes all costs, such as heating, water, electricity, Internet/telephone/TV, various fees, parking space, caretaker, … However, should the German average consumption of heating/water/electricity be exceeded, the additional costs will be invoiced.

The security deposit is 4,000 EUR (3,000 EUR for a rental period of up to four months), and a final cleaning fee of 180 EUR is charged. For rental periods of one year or more, a biannual interim cleaning will take place.

Heidelberg-Wieblingen is a former fishing and small farming village on the Altneckar. As a residential area, it is becoming increasingly popular among families, students, and workers alike. Wieblingen is one of Heidelberg’s most important school locations and home to many significant companies.

From here, you can quickly reach everything: Heidelberg’s old town, the Neuenheimer Feld with its university campus and university hospitals, the Bahnstadt campus, the main train station, or take a walk along the Neckar, which still follows its old course here and is a nature reserve. Even Mannheim can be reached almost as quickly as Heidelberg’s city center.

By bus, train, or bicycle, you can reach the old town within 10 to 20 minutes. The Bike & Ride stop Wieblingen-Mitte is 450 meters away (RNV 5, 34, Moonliner), and another bus stop is 470 meters away (line 35). One kilometer away is the S-Bahn station Pfaffengrund/Wieblingen with free Park & Ride parking. From here, you can reach Mannheim’s main station within 15 minutes and Ludwigshafen city center within 20 minutes.
