I offer for rent a bright and quiet 64 m² apartment located on the 3rd floor of a brick building without an elevator, in an attractive area right by the Anděl metro station.
The apartment has a 2+kk layout – one separate room and a spacious, open-plan living room with a kitchenette, which can also serve as a bedroom (a double bed fits comfortably, see photo/"yellow airport" – already moved out).
The windows are mostly oriented towards a quiet inner courtyard (skylights), while one window faces the street.
The apartment is rented furnished – it includes a refrigerator, washing machine, kitchen utensils, TV, and furniture. Beds are not included but can be provided upon agreement.
An attic space is also part of the apartment.
The building is a brick panel structure with central heating and hot water. The apartment does not have a balcony.
The rent is quoted including internet; electricity is transferred to the tenant (approximately 800 CZK/month for 2 persons).
A refundable deposit is required.
The apartment is available from mid-June.
