We are selling our beautiful, modernized single-family house on a 1,400 m² privately owned plot. The house has 6 rooms. On the ground floor, there is a large bedroom, a bathroom with enough space for a sauna, a guest WC, a kitchen, a dining room, and a spacious living room with an adjoining fireplace room. The ceilings in the living room, fireplace room, and bedroom are made of white lacquered wood.

On the upper floor, we have 3 additional rooms, a guest WC, and a practical storage room. The largest room on the upper floor has access to the glazed terrace (winter garden) with a large sliding door, facing west. The windows on the ground floor are equipped with electric external roller shutters.

Approximately 16 m² of our roughly 50 m² south-facing terrace is covered.

Our annual gas consumption is approximately 17,000 kWh, for which we pay around €2,200. We have an energy performance certificate, which can be viewed during a visit. It states: Final energy demand: 155.41 kWh/(m²·a).

Our house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac. An HVV bus stop is about 200 m away. There is a kindergarten 4 km away in Tosterglope, and children travel by bus to Dahlenburg for elementary and secondary school. A high school is located in Bleckede.
