The building is divided into two residential units—one on the ground floor and one on the top floor. The units were rented for over 10 years and were renovated beforehand. There are no known defects. The tenants have already moved out, so the house can be handed over to you completely vacant. Each residential unit has its own gas heating system with hot water generation, which is located in the heating room (a large storage room to the left of the main entrance). The heating systems can likely be combined with a small modification. In the event of a heat generator replacement, all connecting pipelines are already located in the same room.
