The holiday apartment is available for rental periods from 1 to 6 months, and an extension is possible.
The rental prices are structured per day as follows:
• 1 month: €80 per day
• 2 months: €70 per day
• 3 months: €60 per day
• 4 months: €50 per day
• 5 months: €40 per day
• 6 months: €30 per day
For a rental period of 6 months, this results in a base rent of approximately €900 per month (calculated on 30 days), plus a deposit.
Deposit (depending on the rental period):
• 1 month: €600
• 2 months: €900
• 3 months: €1,200
• 4 months: €1,500
• 5 months: €1,600
• 6 months: €1,800
An underground garage parking space can be rented additionally if needed at an extra cost of €50 per month.
